THE CONTRADICTION
You eat clean.
Until race day.
i cared more about what i ate than i ever had before. real food. better ingredients. nothing artificial.
then I turned over the gels everyone told me to use.
maltodextrin. gums. preservatives. artificial sweeteners. ingredients I would never normally eat — suddenly being sold as the best thing to put in my body when I was pushing it the hardest.
you spend all week trying to eat properly. then race day comes and suddenly everyone tells you to tear open a packet of synthetic syrup and call it performance.
everyone acted like that was normal. just part of the game. i didn’t.
WHY THIS EXISTS
So I stopped looking
And instead started making my own.

at first I thought there had to be one brand doing it differently.
there wasn’t.
different packaging. different colours. same ingredients underneath.
the deeper I looked, the more absurd it felt. the people who care most about their health are often the ones being told to compromise the most.
so I stopped looking for a better option and started making one.
in my kitchen. batch after batch.
maple syrup. dates. lemon. salt.
fuel built from ingredients that made sense.
not a “healthy alternative.” not a wellness product. something that could perform in the hardest conditions. without asking you to compromise what you put in your body.

we do not believe in trading long-term health for a short-term result. your fuel, like everything else should work with your body, not against it.
